Privacy Policy
Plain version: we collect what you type into the quote form so we can call you back about your job. We don’t sell it and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the quote form: your name, phone number, and job-site ZIP (required), and optionally your email, company, and details about the work — fuel type and volume, acreage, material, locations, timing — plus whether you marked the request urgent.
What we do with it
It is emailed to us so we can respond. Nothing you submit is published, sold, or shared with anyone outside Heyward Enterprise LLC, except the service providers below that carry the message. We use it to quote and perform the work you asked about.
Who else touches it
Resend delivers the form email to our inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a person and not a bot; it sees technical signals from your browser, not your form answers. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. If we turn on website analytics, it will be Google Analytics, measuring page visits and which service line a request came from — never your name or phone number.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email as an ordinary business record. Ask us and we’ll delete yours.
Contacting you
Sending the form is your permission for us to contact you about that request, by phone, text, or email. We don’t add you to a marketing list. Tell us to stop and we stop.

This site is for business inquiries and isn’t directed at children.
